The Basic Package includes the following services:
Profiles.HDworldmedia.com, an HDworldmedia® Companies, LLC entity, will film and produce a film that includes a soundtrack and in-house voiceover. The film will be delivered to the customers both as a download and a DVD. The final film produced is licensed to the customer only.

- An HDworldmedia® Project Coordinator will conference-call the customer and gather all the customer’s requirements.
- The Project Coordinator will be the single point of contact between the customer and HDworldmedia® for the extent of the production.
- The customer must sign off on the final requirements and scope agreed upon. Any change to scope must be approved by both the customer and the Project Coordinator.
- The customer will provide the filming location.
- The filming will be limited to three hours in a single location.
- The customer will provide all the releases for the location and individuals featured in the film.
- HDworldmedia® will provide an onsite production crew.
- HDworldmedia® will provide all logistic and equipment for its production crew.
- HDworldmedia® will provide the liability certificate of insurance for each film shoot.
- HDworldmedia® travels worldwide. However, travel in excess of 100 miles will be charged to the customer.
- All media materials used will be produced and owned by HDworldmedia®. The music soundtrack used will be royalty-free. No third-party photographs will be allowed.
- HDworldmedia® will provide voiceovers for the film performed by HDworldmedia® staff.
- HDworldmedia® will produce a film in an .MOV/H264 format in High-Definition 16/9 1080P. Additional formats are available, but must be specifically requested.
- HDworldmedia® will produce a high-definition production consisting of custom-shot cinematographic and photographic material.
- The film will be 2 - 3 minutes in length.
- HDworldmedia® will perform all editing for the film. Editing runs are limited to 3.
- HDworldmedia® will provide uploads to up to five video streaming channels, including Vimeo, Youtube and Revver.

Please note:
- An interviewer and further media produced and owned by HDworldmedia® Companies, LLC are available at agreed-upon prices.
- Out-of-scope changes will be billable to the customer.
- Should travel in excess of 100 miles be required, travel time and expenses are chargeable to the customer.
- This HDworldmedia® Companies package production is licensed for use as an Internet film with 5000 or less simultaneous users.
